Information retention policy
The aim is to ask for no more information than is reasonably necessary to fulfill a purpose. Mandatory and optional cells should be shown separately.

8 Information retention period
Time limits are determined by taking into account the type of information, the need to provide services, disputes, security, accounting and applicable laws. A fixed time does not apply to all data.

Deletion or de-identification
